SaveCity.com, the daily deals program for the Triangle, and Mellow Mushroom have teamed up to offer Triangle diners 90 days of free pizza - a total of 5,000 pizzas available - when customers use the Save City iPhone application or the mobile version of SaveCity.com.
 
The free pizza offer includes a 10-inch, one-topping pizza and is available Monday through Thursday among the four Triangle Mellow Mushroom locations in Raleigh, Cary, Durham, and Wake Forest while supplies last. The terms are simple, and there is no cost to the customer. However, there are only 100 pizzas available per day, per location. The promotion ends July 9 or when each Mellow Mushroom location gives away 1,250 pizzas. Pizza lovers can check availability instantly by location using the iPhone application or mobile version of SaveCity.com.
 
"SaveCity.com approached us with the idea to reward our loyal customers through this promotion," says Casey Fox, president of the Raleigh, Durham and Wake Forest franchise. "We loved the idea and thought it was time for the Triangle to experience a 5,000-pizza giveaway."
 
Consumers simply can download the Save City iPhone application or type SaveCity.com into a smartphone mobile web browser. They then select the Mellow Mushroom location of their choice under "All Deals" and click "Use It" to display a unique code to show to Mellow Mushroom wait staff to receive the deal discount on the final bill.
