The Chatham Empty Bowls fundraiser event will be held from 5:30-8 p.m. May 4 at the Chatham County Council on Aging Senior Center in Pittsboro. Tickets cost $25 per person for the event, which benefits the CORA food pantry. Attendees can select from many handcrafted bowls on display that are contributed by area potters and can fill these bowls with soup and bread provided by local culinary professionals.
